What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"Great functionality and it's nice that it supports both using the camera as a sensor or a chest strap. Support is also responsive."
Uhl
"Poor support and functionality on Android. Worked ok on an old phone but can't get a reading at all after I was forced to upgrade by 3G phasing out. So don't bother downloading this if you have a newer phone with multiple cameras. FYI to the dev, when I test the camera it says "good news your phone is compatible with the app but the reading quality was bad, please try again." There is no mention of this problem on the website or how to fix it, and no way to contact anyone to ask for help."
Crinda Jorgensen
"Finger HR reader is poor. I have to do it so many times to get a good reading, I'm sure my HR spikes because I'm so pissed off."
laceybou1
"Customer service is poor. They have a suite of similar apps rather than one robust tool and the design and functionality is below other options in market. If the made all of their apps into one offering maybe they could make something robust instead of piece mail that doesn't meet needs of customer. Disappointed by false design constraints and developers attitudes to customers."
Peace Keenen
"Used to work until I upgraded to a One Plus 8T where the camera / flash arrangement changed. It now does not work and I cannot find guidance as to how to get my finger in the appropriate place to take an optimal reading."
Sean Murphy
"Was a great app but has recently regularly stopped opening and takes so many attempts (or just doesn't) pair with oura when it does. Feels outdated now compared to others. Shame"
Neil Young
"Might be a great app but bought it only to find out that in order to measure my HRV I need to burn my finger every morning for 60 seconds with the flash on my phone and I can't get a refund."
Shannon Archer
"Very insightful app and very helpful & friendly customer support when I had an individual question. Thank you and keep it up!"
Linda Lies
"Why is the app saying my s20 is not a supported device? Worked fine for years on my s9 but now won't won't when I've updated my phone to s20"
Philip ร Condรบin
"It needs to have some kind of indicator to show that your finger is in the correct spot like Google Fit does. Also needs to wait until the dinner is in the correct spot. The countdown starts right away so you think everything is good until it's over and it tells you it wasn't good enough. Unfortunately you have to wait a minute to find out is not going to work."
